Who we are...
We are the Tahquitz High SchoolMarine Corps Junior Reserve Officers Training Corps. We are one of the biggest and most influential leadership programs here in the Hemet-San Jacinto Valley, and we are a relatively new program. We take pride in serving the community, and building leaders.
What we do...
Our unit participates in a a variety of events, from serving veterans during holidays, to competing in national competitions, to spending the week on a Marine Corps base, to leading our towns Christmas Parade. And much more than this. We provide a large amount of opportunity for our young leaders to practice their leadership before putting it to the test in the real world after they graduate.
Over 150 strong...
We are one of the largest units in our area, and the biggest MCJROTC in our area. With that comes a large amount of leaders, and a large pool of resources to drawn from.
Growing Stronger...
Though we have come a long way since our first few years, we are still a growing program and we have been expanding rapidly throughout the past year
What's ahead...
In the future we are looking to establish traditions, and to further develop our drill and YPF teams.
